A) All right, here we go:)  Guess who is my blogger!?   My wife.   Blog is interesting!  Do you know why? 
1.  Because my wife was a photographer standing next to me at the wedding
2.  She saw all images in camera LCD screen + computer

After all that she tells me Andreyyyyy….. when are you going to put wedding photos online?  I went online and there was nothing.  (I was going to blog wedding next week), but because Oksana asked…. 

Ok why did I put that huge MC Studios logo across first image.   I’ll try not to do it in the future.   But here is what I keep hearing:
B) Oh boy here we go.   Someone downloads my images from the blog and shows as his own.  First at all I’m not surpriced because some time ago I had 3 or 4 different clients who came up and told me that they already saw my particular sample album  in another photographer studio.  That was interesting:)   Than I learned photographers name.   What did I do?  Smile.  What else I should do?.   

One couple got really conserned.  I told that couple it was my work and if they don’t believe me than all they have to do is call that other photographer and tell him that they saw this sample album somewhere else and ask who’s album after all was it?  That question should do it.  
The only reason why I wrote that is because I’m trying to keep this blog interesting.  And I never talked about ”copy write” topic yet.  It’s deffinatly  interesting topic.    

Mostly I smile when I hear someone grabs my images.  

Good evening everyone.  Yesterday we (Oksana and I) came back from North Carolina.   Trip was WAY better than I could ever imagined!   We LOVED IT! 

Every day we stayed up until 3 or 4 am talking.   Than Tania and David took us out to a very fancy restaurant, other day  Lina took us out to very nice place for lunch again.  And parents (everyday)  on both sides Yeremyuks and Perepelitsa’s  prepared very nice dinners.  Why? 
Well Lina (Perepelitsa) is my cousin and Tania (Yeremyuk) is my wife’s sister.  
Also I was hired to shoot E-session of Alena and Alex and because they were so nice they gave me a very nice dinner.   Personally I believe that I gained about 10 pounds in this 5 day trip. 

Oksana told me one interesting thing, she said: “I read about dieting and mind set plays big role.  Most people eat for pleasure, but we have to eat for energy only.”  In other words when we go to restaurant and come out so full that we can barely walk, the suggestion is that if we eat 2-3 times less we’ll be just fine.   Pretty interesting.  

Photoshoots:  Our primary reason for traveling was YANA and ANDREY 03.15.2009 wedding.

Day 4  Vadim’s (dog) German shepherd photoshoot  + trying to figure out the way to back up 20 Gigs of photos on DVD’s:)
Day 5 Tania and David photo shoot + Lina and Vadim and Gizelka photoshoot, all though parents wanted a big Family photoshoot, due to the tight work schedule not everyone could come. 

Before several years ago I would approach this very easy.  I would take 40 minutes photoshoot of everyone at one’s and some combinations and I would be done.   But now I approach every topic like
photos of Ligar (Tania’s dog) or photoshoot of Lina and Vadim as individual huge projects that would thousands of images as if this photos would go up on the wall.     

So this photoshoots are both fun and exhaustive.   I’ll try to prepare images and put them on the Blog by the end of this week.

Alena and Alex E-session.    
How did Alena and Alex learned about our photography service?.   We meet at Lina&Vadim wedding.  
So when we were driving back from wedding  Alena and Alex were sitting in the back of the car.
So it was 3 of us in the back.   This shoot below was on Lina’s wedding June 2007. 

Hint: Lina and Vadim have a very cute baby girl.  That photoshoot will be Bloged shortly:)

Also Alena’s brother was best man at Tania_David wedding that was in June 2008.  Alex (Alena’s brother) was the one who sneaked in and got/catched flowers that girls suppose to catch.   Girls were like
“Ok Alex very nice.. good for you.. can we please redo this properly now…”  

In other words Alena was visiting my Blog on regular basis and Lina was keep telling me that when Alena will get married she’ll hire me.  I was waiting and waiting,:)))))))) and guess what!!!?? Alena  did call me and said she would love for me to come over.   June 11 2009 when Alena is getting married got reserved 2 weeks before Alena called/emailed me.  But sense we were flying for wedding to NC Alena and Alex hired me to shoot E-session.  
Alena thanks for that top of the line dinner after E-session shoot.:-) 

Why do we have umbrella everywhere?  Because we had HUGE rain.  I was holding umbrella with left hand.  
If some of you ask “Where was Oksana?”  Good question!!! and  I’ll tell you.  Oksana and Tania went out shopping, they they eat at Japanese.  

After this shoot I reviewed images and we we decided that we want to shoot a LOT of images WITHOUT umbrella.   So we stoped at Alena’s house they changed and we went to DownTown to shoot a lot more images. 

I don’t really pay too much attention to clothes.. But this dress looks “HOT”.

This is going to be our last post before we take off to NC Charlotte for wedding.

Not too long ago I promised to upload photos from DND Hair Studio photo shoot.  www.dnd-hairstudio.com  Natasha (owner)
called me and asked if I can photograph head shoots of girls who work at her salon.  It has been 2 years scenes last time we have
created similar photo session.

So we set up appt for morning and below is one of the first ”test/shoot” images.   I just asked Natasha to walk so I can set up proper exposure.

Our goal was not only to create headshoots, but some fun images of well.

While waiting inside salon I had a chance to take some of the images of hair products that are for sale.

Good evening guys.  

Here is Luda and Cornilious Engagement Session (e-session).  Love that name “Carnilius”   I have to make confession “I’m not good with names”  but as soon as I heard this name “Cori” Cornilius, I said I love it! 

How did Luda and Carnilius learned about us:   A) Luda use to be a member of the church where we go to
+ I know luda’s brother well.  On top of that many years ago when I was Real Estate agent, I was listing agent and Luda’s parents house, and yes that transaction closed nicely. 

However when Luda and Cornilius were sitting on wedding consultation I asked Luda if she knew I was RE agent and she kind of knew but not really. 

How did Luda and Carnilius meet?   They meet in Los Angeles Master college.  It’s the same organization as several posts below for Yan K.  TMS.     When we were walking back I asked Carnilius to talk little bit about how they meet and from what I understood, as soon as he saw Luda he said “YES, she is perfect”.  I believed what I heard is called “Love from the first sight”.

OK enought about this nice couple:
When I saw Oksana I said to my self “It was be so cute/nice is she would be my wife”.  So wishes come true:).   

The first hour we captured a lot of portraits (about 200 shoots)  2nd hrs we took a lot of emotional photos:).

I took photos of wedding couple swining on the play ground several years ago, so when we were driving by
play ground we stopped for a 10 min photoshoot:).

Hello everyone, 

Here is a very cool E-session that we had today.  Why cool?  Because it’s not summer yet.
So wind was nice and cool.  In other words in shadows we (especially Anna) was very cold
and freezing up.   I say it felt 50′s in shadow so we were keep running into the sun
to warm up:)..   

I grabbed this image way at the end of the photoshoot.  Love it:)

We found some junky chairs in the side of the road and pulled to parking lot. 
I grabed some nice possy shoots, but real fun was when Arthur was pushing Anna
down this road while Anna was sitting in this office chair.

Here is Irene and Jon’s E-session.   But check out trees in early March they are blooming!  Uh.. I remember in Minnesota (use to live there so many years) it’s still grey and cold.   Not in sunny CA:)

This morning I had to get up at 2:40 am to take Tania to SF International airport.  When I came back in the morning I had 2 hrs of sleep and went for a very fast photo shoot with Yan.

Yan is graduating from The Masters Seminary that’s located in Los Angeles.   Yes 4 years came by so fast!  Feels like he went there yesterday.   Master Seminary http://www.tms.edu/

I have to say that thru out years Yan has been a very good friend of our family.  So many times I would call him and ask for advice.   Very godly man.

Today during big rain:).. We had a 15 minute photo shoot so there can be nice photo for Graduation card.  Graduation will be in LS in end of May 09.

Hello everyone.  If you have followed this blog, you probably know that for me this last week was golden time because I have completed all other projects.

Because of this break, I managed to look at the history of my business and create some interesting and exiting new business plans.   One of those projects is NEW WEBSITE.

Question is:  How soon new website will be up?  Well the goal is to get up up within 14 working days.      So check back soon (2-3 weeks) I might have new site up and running:)
